Located in the West Zone of São Paulo, Nurban Pinheiros is a mixed-use building that brings together guidelines from the new Master Plan in São Paulo that increase the relationship with the surroundings and with its users. With the architecture and interiors of the common areas, the development was made for the developer Vita Urbana.

Located on a terrain that is challenging due to its proportions (13 m wide and 50 m deep), the building was built using structural masonry and its volume gained dynamics from the colored metallic elements applied to the façade. In the residential section, from the 3rd to the 12th floors, the structures function as planters and frame studio and common areas. The sector comprises 96 studios measuring 24 m² and 7 two-bedroom apartments. Here, wide frames measuring 1.40 x 1.40 m, combined with low sills, allow for a more generous incidence of sunlight and ventilation.

On the commercial floors, the two sets, measuring 130 m² each, have metallic shades that combine with the play of colors and textures, in addition to guaranteeing thermal and luminous comfort in the internal areas. The building has an active façade and has independent access to each of its programs. In the access corridor to the apartments, lighting and ventilation take place through concrete cobogós. The colors of the facade were used on the walls.
