Lomas B06 house is a project that seeks the intimacy of its users through its base composed of solid black stone slabs and lattices in the upper part of the house, and that also opens towards the east, to have the warmth that it gives the morning sun.

This house contains the surprise effect that upon entering you can tour all its immense and naturally illuminated spaces, as well as it is designed to provide the best views, since it is located next to the Golf course, which coexists in harmony around trees and vegetation, so the natural environment becomes a constant partner. From its privileged location, this residence offers 180-degree panoramic views that stretch as far as the eye can see. Each window, each corner, becomes a frame for contemplation of the surrounding golf course, creating a constantly changing spectacle of textures and landscapes.

This residence stands out for a series of elements that make it a true paradise, which is why, in the first instance, the house is divided into two volumes, the base of the house which is made of stone and which is not only a symbol of solidity and durability, but also provides a feeling of stability, then the upper volume with elements that fly over the base and makes this notorious change of materials and creates these open frames that generate harmonious views.

One of the most impressive features of this house is its double-height core, the heart of the house, a space that not only fulfillsthe interior with light and ventilation, but also provides a feeling of spaciousness and greatness. Clean lines and materiality combine with this vertical dimension to create an environment that is both cozy and expansive.

The details of the lattices made by metal slabs infuse this modern house with a bold and avant-garde style. These elements are not only visually harmonious, but also play a functional role in regulating the entry of light and privacy into the interior. The contrast between the black aluminum and the stone of the base adds a visual dynamism that captures attention.

The tzalam wood becomes the common thread that unites modernity with natural warmth. Wood is integrated into the interior details, from the furniture, the ceilings and the staircase with cantilever steps that complements the environment.Every interior space in this home is carefully designed to maximize the connection with the beauty outside. Whether enjoying the view from the comfort of the living room or relaxing on an outdoor terrace.

From the panoramic views to the creative use of materials such as black aluminum, wood and stone, the house becomes a refuge where design and nature merge in harmony that invites you to live life to its fullest expression.
